CPR Class

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) Provider – Initial Certification

Cost: $80
Course Length: 3.5–4 hours
Description:
This course teaches high-quality CPR skills for helping victims of all ages. Topics include:

  • Ventilation using a barrier device and bag-mask with oxygen
  • Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction

Who Should Take This Course:
Licensed and non-licensed healthcare professionals seeking initial BLS certification.


BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) Provider – Renewal

Cost: $70
Course Length: 3 hours
Requirements: Must have a current American Heart Association BLS Provider card.
Description:
A refresher course covering the same life-saving skills as the initial course:

  • CPR for all age groups
  • Ventilation with barrier and bag-mask devices
  • AED usage
  • Choking relief

Who Should Take This Course:
Licensed and non-licensed healthcare professionals needing to renew current BLS certification.


Online Blended – BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) Provider HeartCode® BLS | AHA

Cost: $67 (in addition to the online portion fee)
Course Format: Two-part blended learning
Certification: Same American Heart Association card as in-person course

Part 1:

  • Complete online simulation and written exam (0.5–2 hours) from home or office

Part 2:

  • Attend an in-person session for manikin practice and skills testing (1–2 hours)
  • Typically scheduled 30 minutes prior to a classroom-based course
  • May be scheduled now or after completing Part 1

Who Should Take This Course:
Healthcare professionals who prefer flexible, blended learning with online study and in-person skills testing.


Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED

Cost: $85
Course Length: One-day course (modular)
Description:
Designed for the general public and non-medical professionals, this course covers:

  • First aid skills recommended by OSHA
  • CPR and AED use
  • Medical and injury emergency response

Who Should Take This Course:
Teachers, coaches, babysitters, construction workers, and the general public.
